Why we built Aykan
Most billing software is either too simple to handle GST properly or too complicated for a busy counter. Shop owners end up with a bill book for customers, a notebook for dues, a spreadsheet for stock and a last-minute rush to the CA every month.
Aykan brings all of that into one place that works on the computer at the counter and the phone in your pocket. It is quick enough for the rush hour, careful enough for GST, and simple enough that a new staff member can make a bill on their first day.
The idea came from our own work. Since 2020, Plant 2 Tree has built websites, custom billing and management software for hundreds of businesses. We kept seeing the same problems at the counter — so we built one product that solves them for every shop.
