The rules for using Aykan. Last updated: October 2026.
These terms apply when you use the Aykan billing app at billing.aykan.in, a product of Plant 2 Tree. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- Give correct business details, including your GSTIN if you are registered.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your staff accounts.
- Use Aykan only for lawful business purposes.
Free trial and plans
- New accounts get a 15-day free trial with every feature.
- After the trial or when a plan ends, you can still view and download your data, but you cannot create new bills until you choose or renew a plan.
- Plan prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans run for the period you buy and renewals extend from the current end date.
GST and your records
Aykan calculates GST from the rates and details you enter and prepares reports to help you file. You remain responsible for your tax filings. Please check figures with your Chartered Accountant before filing.
Service availability
We work to keep Aykan available and your data safe, and we may update features from time to time. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from interruptions or from incorrect data entered into the system.
Ending your account
You can stop using Aykan at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or break these terms. To delete your account, email service@aykan.in.
